Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Damaged or defective products are eligible for a full refund or replacement. To initiate a return, email support@theorbit.in with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
